LaunchMind provides startup intelligence outputs based on available web signals and model-generated analysis. Results are guidance, not legal or financial advice.

2. Plans and Limits

Free and Pro limits apply as displayed in product. Free quota resets weekly for scan-related counters and daily for tasks. Chat usage resets by session.

3. Manual Pro Activation

Pro upgrades are processed manually via support email and account plan update in backend. Activation is typically completed within minutes after payment confirmation.

4. Refunds

Manual payments are currently non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, scrape private account data, or attempt unauthorized access to APIs or infrastructure.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or material policy violations.
